Members have dined exclusively at the Club for 167 years, at tables where staff know your name, favourite dishes, preferred wine, or, if you prefer, even your timeframe. This desire to make every occasion a unique experience goes beyond the Members’ Dining Room, Knox Room, and Members’ Bar to the hundreds of functions and events the Club caters for every year.

The Club’s menus are changed seasonally and are composed of the ‘Best of Australian’ produce. Our philosophy is to retain the natural aroma and taste of the best ingredients available. With hospitality at our core, our food and service is in keeping with the Club’s reputation for excellence.

Our Executive Chef prepares all meals in-house using the finest fresh vegetables, meats, poultry and seafood sourced locally, as much as possible.
